General Wellness

General wellness counseling is for everyone and anyone looking to fine tune their current nutrition. In one-on-one meetings I will cover several topics that are applicable to your goals, such as – understanding macronutrients, optimal nutrition for blood sugar control, increasing micronutrient diversity, improving digestion health/immune system health, portion sizes and menu planning, and chronic disease prevention. A few examples of why someone may reach out for general wellness nutrition counseling are:

  • To improve overall health/wellness

  • To prepare their body for pregnancy, discuss infertility nutrition, pregnancy nutrition, breastfeeding nutrition, etc.

  • To make sure they are getting the proper nutrients in their current diet
