    Debunk common nutrition myths and gain a clear understanding of macronutrients and micronutrients, food quality, meal timing, food pairing, and label reading—so you can confidently build balanced, sustainable meals that support overall wellness.

  • Blood Sugar Balance

    5.11 8:00-9:00PM EST

    Learn why blood sugar balance is critical for preventing chronic disease, reducing inflammation, and supporting mood and energy. This class focuses on fiber, meal pairing, movement, portion awareness, and stress management.

  • Gut Microbiome & Immunity

    5.18 8:00-9:00PM EST

    Explore how gut health impacts immunity, inflammation, digestion, and overall wellness. You’ll learn practical strategies to support a resilient microbiome through fiber diversity, fermented foods, hydration, sleep, and lifestyle habits.

  • Mindful Eating

    5.25 8:00-9:00 PM EST

    Move away from food rules and reconnect with your body’s internal cues. This class helps you understand the physiological and behavioral drivers of eating and build a flexible, sustainable relationship with food.

  • Liver & Endocrine Support

    6.1 8:00-9:00 PM

    Understand how your liver, GI, and kidneys work together to support detoxification and hormone health. Additionally, learn about the endocrine systems role in hormone health.This class focuses on tips for reducing endocrine disruptor exposure, and using foods and lifestyle habits to support detox pathways.

  • Hormone Health

    6.8 8:00-9:00 PM EST

    Learn how key hormones—including cortisol, insulin, leptin, ghrelin, GLP-1, and sex hormones—impact metabolism, stress, energy, and body composition. You’ll explore how nutrients, movement, hydration, reducing EDC exposure, and circadian rhythm support hormone balance.

  • Summary Class

    6.15 8:00-9:00 PM EST

    This final class brings everything together, helping you apply what you’ve learned in a sustainable, long-term way. You’ll identify next steps, understand how labs, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset intersect, and create a roadmap that supports your unique goals and season of life.

Nourish & Thrive May 2026 - Registration now open!

Classes begin on May 4th, 2026, at 8 pm EST

Program includes:

  • Six Live-taught classes (plus one bonus summary class) on various functional nutrition topics:

    Optimizing Gut Health, Blood Sugar Balance, Hormone Health, Mindful Eating, and more.

  • All classes will be held on Zoom on Monday evenings at 8 pm EST.

  • Access to an online support group (on whop university) with menu plan guides, class recaps,

    discussions, videos, tips/ideas, recipes, and workouts (great for any fitness level)

  • Optional add-on 1:1 counseling packages

  • Ability to use in-network insurances for classes (PA & NH residents) - reducing registration cost
